The Canada 150 Exercise Challenge – Join the Fun!!

This summer commit to 150 minutes of fun physical activity every week.  We’ll help you by sharing our wellness videos and the stories of other people having fun as they get healthier and happier.

1. Sign Up

We’ll send you a weekly email with videos, words of encouragement, and the stories from the other participants.  Click here

2. Donate

Donations go to our registered Charity,  (and you get a tax receipt).  We are asking 150 people to donate or raise $150 each.  Donate here

3. Get support and encourage others to join you

Ask your family, friends and/or colleagues to support you by donating or joining the 150 Challenge themselves. It’s easy to send an email to your supporters and/or use the social media materials at Share the Challenge

4. Have FUN!!!

Aim for 150 minutes of fun physical activity every week for the 10 weeks of summer.  Send your stories to us – text them to 902.237.4860. We’d love to hear from you.
