3. Get Support
Ask your family, friends and/or colleagues to support you by donating. It’s easy to send an email to your supporters and/or use the social media materials at Share the Challenge.
Here’s how we will help you succeed:
- In January and February you can watch our archived weekly ‘Skills for Wellness’ Podcasts featuring lectures and home practice exercises.
- During your Challenge we’ll remind you to update your supporters on how you’re doing.
- We’ll ask you to assess your own health online every month or so. (Or be a part of our research program).
