This is whatever you want or need it to be. Visit our Challenges to choose from a long list (exercise, weight loss, meditation, Yoga, quitting a habit and more) or start a new one. You can choose to do a challenge on your own, or create or join a group of people with a common goal.
Donations can go 100% towards our registered Charity, healingandcancer.org , or can be split with a second charity of your choice. Consider meditating for mental health, exercising for Heart and Stroke or power walking for Alzheimer’s. Or create a team goal with family members or people at work. Sign up and donate now
3. Get Support
Ask your family, friends and/or colleagues to support you by donating. It’s easy to [send an email to your supporters][link to pdf called Email to potential supporters] and/or use the social media materials at Share the Challenge.
Here’s how we will help you succeed:
- Visit our Challenges page to access the best websites and free apps to help you set up your challenge and monitor your progress.
- In January and February you can watch our live or archived weekly ‘Skills for Wellness’ Podcasts featuring lectures and home practice exercises.
- During your Challenge we’ll remind you to update your supporters on how you’re doing.
- We’ll ask you to assess your own health online every month or so. (Or be a part of our research program).
